My name is Christy (she/her) and I was diagnosed with ADHD, Autism & dyslexia late in life. I have advanced degrees in disability related needs & in the education field as well as licensure to teach. I have experience working with students kindergarten-college + those in later adulthood. I am also a cat mom & an avid reader.

virtual executive function coaching
I offer expertise in executive dysfunction coaching, again no matter your variety of neuro spice... virtual sessions with me may involve homework help, study help, setting specific goals, identifying challenges, and developing strategies to improve executive function skills, such as planning, organization, time management, and decision-making. I may use various techniques, such as brainstorming, role-playing, and providing feedback and support. the session may also involve tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed. the specific content and structure of the session will depend on the individual's needs and goals.
virtual "body doubling" sessions
I also offer virtual “body doubling” sessions as well. This is a practice in which a person works on and completes potentially frustrating tasks alongside another person. The other person (me) will provide support, encouragement, and be a sounding board throughout a specific task.

pricing is $35 per hour & $17.50 per half hour. Both options include (1) one-on-one virtual coaching sessions and text, email, or phone follow-ups (whichever you prefer) during the week.*

pricing for a “body doubling” session is $20 per hour to be scheduled weekly, or whenever you need them.*
